Scheduling

Lesson times are assigned through the end of the school year, May 2025. The schedule is reset each fall. Please consider your student's schedule carefully: schedule changes and withdrawals cannot be made mid-session, and make up lessons are not given for student absences. There will be an opportunity to request schedule changes or withdrawals in the weeks leading up to each next billing session. You will receive email notifications in advance of these deadlines. 

 

Once the intake form is received, the $40 annual registration fee is paid for each student, and the payment method is stored, scheduling can begin. After the agreed upon lesson time is confirmed, the lessons will be scheduled in Pike13, and your stored payment method will be charged.

 

Tuition & Billing

Tuition is billed on a session basis, and is nonrefundable. Tuition is charged to your stored payment method each session unless you contact us by the published deadlines to change or cancel your enrollment. Unpaid lessons will not be given.​​​

Performances

TMS Fest, our annual student showcase, takes place Friday, May 16 (soloists) and Saturday, May 17 (groups and featured soloists) at The Center for the Arts. All students are encouraged to participate. Your teacher will work with you to prepare. There may be other informal opportunities throughout the year to perform. Ask your teacher!

 

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for all programs, and applications must be received by August 23 for the 2024-25 school year. Please click here for more information.

Dates and Closures

TMS follows the Teton County School District's calendar as closely as possible for holidays and district-wide closures including winter and spring breaks.

For the 2024-25 school year, we will be offering a 14-week Fall Session, an 8-week Winter Session and a 10-week Spring Session. Because of holidays or school closures, some lessons fewer weeks. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
